次のプラグインで iPhone / iPod touch 対応に変換してくれるということですので、早速インストールしてみました。
iWPhone WordPress Plugin and Theme

インストール方法は簡単で、解凍された「iwphone-wordpress-plugin-and-theme」の中の「iwphone.php」を /wp-content/plugins/ にアップ。
さらに、「iwphone-wordpress-plugin-and-theme」の中の「iwphone-by-contentrobot」ディレクトリを wp-content/themes にアップして、プラグインから「iWphone」を有効化するというだけです。
またブログVERSIONFIVEで 見やすくするスタイルシートの変更方法がありましたので、使用させていただきました。
